The shell and core of the project was about 85% complete in 2015 when Artlines was consulted to produce detailed tenancy drawings (functional and interior design) for the resort dormitories, VIP accommodation, hallways, temples, dining and kitchen areas provided for prayer and meditation sessions. Site is on a 1km² lake in Lagos, the capital of Nigeria. Detailed drawings included Mechanical and Electrical solutions for the unique water top development.
