Provided Construction management services for the General Contractor. The design included pump stations, metal works canopy, servicing yard, forecourt, buried super and diesel tanks, piping, office space, shop and pharmacy.

Project involved the tender process, demolition of old fuel station and STC bus terminal, extensive site preparation including storm drainage considerations, civil works, finishes and fixtures. Project was handled and completed in 2019.
